Service Fulfillment

    • Upon agreeing to the scope of work, a detailed proposal or agreement will outline the services to be provided, including deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  2. Client Collaboration
    • Timely communication and feedback from the client are essential to ensure smooth project progress. Delays in providing required assets or approvals may affect project timelines.
  3. Delivery Timelines
    • Estimated completion timelines are included in the project agreement. While we strive to meet deadlines, they may vary depending on client response times, changes to the scope, or unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance
    • All projects include testing to ensure functionality and quality before final delivery. For software services, bug fixes or adjustments within the agreed scope will be addressed post-launch, as outlined in the agreement.

No Refund Policy

  1. Custom Services
    • Due to the nature of custom web and software services, once the project has commenced, we cannot offer refunds for payments made.
    • If the client decides to terminate the project, fees paid up to that point will cover the work completed.
  2. Prepaid Services
    • Prepaid packages, retainers, or subscriptions are also non-refundable.
  3. Client Satisfaction
    • We are committed to delivering quality services and will work with clients to address any concerns within the scope of the agreement.

Revisions and Adjustments

  1. Revision Policy
    • The number of revisions allowed will be detailed in the project agreement. Additional revisions outside the scope may incur additional charges.
  2. Post-Delivery Support
    • Post-delivery support or maintenance plans can be arranged based on your needs. These will be outlined in a separate agreement or as part of the project proposal.
