Stop wasting time in forums and Facebook pages and get real answers from real support agents in Facebook. They will give you immediate answers and save you a ton of time.
It’s really simple, go to your Facebook business page. Go to ADs manager and click on the “Question Mark” symbol on the top right corner.
In here you have two options, you can either look for an already written article, which is the first option you should take. Sometimes the solution to your problem will be very simple. If that doesn’t work, scroll all the way down to the button that says, “Still need help?”.
In this screen, you can also choose one of the categories you need help with to find articles online or click the button that says, “Get Started”
Select the category you’re having trouble with and in step 2 is where you will be able to select the option to chat with a representative. It even tells you the estimated wait time.
If it’s still not working for you, I’ll need access to your website files, either through GitHub or you email them in a compressed zip file so I can take a look at them.
Add your info and click “Start Chat”
You will get directed to “Messenger” (how genius of them huh, who would’ve thought). You will first start talking to a bot who will get a general sense of your problem and then you will chat with a real person.
You can see how beneficial this is for you, because you can ask them exactly what is wrong with your campaign. And they are going to tell you, so you don’t have to be frustrated anymore and wait days to solve your problem.
The best use of this is only if you cannot find an answer in their online articles. Remember to search for your problem before talking to a real person. You don’t want to abuse this great service they have.
