Speed up your process of replying to emails and know exactly from what page they came from. That will also help you cut down on the number of fields like service or other unnecessary fields.
Click the icon to the right of the “Reply” field within the “Notifications” of the form.
Add the automatic “Email” tag so that when you receive an email, you can reply directly to the user.
To know from what page the user submitted the form from (if you have the form in several pages), go to the “Message” section, add “Embed Post/Page Title” and “Embed URL”
Your code snippet should look something like this:
If you know HTML, you will see the URL goes within the “href” attribute and the post title goes where the page title is visible to the user.
